Being named to Fortune’s Most Powerful Woman List doesn’t mean you get to stay there—and in 2014, that was more true than ever. In the three months since we published the list, eight of the 50 women on our MPW list either lost their jobs, received new ones, or saw their responsibilities change substantially.
